"RONNIE"

Smart Deposits is a gorgeous 15hh 2018 gelding. He’s a smooth-strided, beautiful mover and his unique blaze really turns heads. Ronnie has a huge stop, a lot of cow, and is gentle to boot.  He’s been shown once and won the Open Ranch Riding, giving him his first AQHA point. He shows a ton of potential to keep going and be very competitive in the Ranch Horse Versatility. He is also ready to show in the cowhorse. Ronnie has been hauled all over the west and been trusted as a turnback horse at NRCHA major events. Outside the arena, he’s been on pack trips, gathered in the desert and the mountains, and doctored calves. Ronnie even attended a 4000+ person event, where he was a perfect gentleman riding through crowds and soaking up attention from people that had never even touched a horse. I had a fun horse girl summer on him, where I rode him bareback all over our place, dove off his back into rivers and lakes, and he patiently waited on me while I soaked in hot springs. If you’re someone like me that wants to be a serious competitor in the show pen, but prefers a friendly horse you can go have fun on, this is your guy. Ronnie is good with other horses, 100% sound, and is very easy to catch and handle. He is by Leitachic, an AQHA and NRHA world champion son of Smart Chic Olena with 141 AQHA points and $38,000+ in NRHA and NRCHA earnings. Ronnie’s dam is by Night Deposit Chex and was shown as a cowhorse. Ronnie is her first foal.
