ELITE COWDOG SALE
FEES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

Consignment fee: $150 (Due at time of consignment acceptance)

Commission: 8%
Consignment fee will cover catalog (online and print), advertising and office fees.
Commission will cover all cattle costs for preview, collars and sale crew. Commission is due on last bid regardless of no sales, no exceptions.
CONSIGNMENTS CLOSE OCTOBER 25th, 2022

Dogs are required to have a health certificate within 30 days of sale day

Open to all sexes and cattle working breeds

Dogs must have a minimum of 30 days on stock
Buy backs/no sales: Commission will be owed on last bid, no exceptions. Consignors will receive a buyers number upon check in and have the right to protect their horses. SALE STAFF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING DOGS BACK
DOGS WILL REQUIRE A VET RELEASE TO BE SCRATCHED FROM THE SALE AT ANY POINT. NO SHOWS WILL BE FINED $600

Consignors must submit a consignment form with minimum of one photo and video. No forms will be accepted without at least one video AND one photo.

SUBMITTING A CONSIGNMENT FORM DOES NOT GUARENTEE SALE ACCEPTANCE
Photo requirements:
Photo must be advertising worthy (iphone photos can be used but need to be exceptionally good quality and are subject to be rejected). Photos submitted with consignment form will be used for online advertising upon acceptance. You may provide updated photos for the sale catalog. Suggested photo guidelines below.
Video requirements:
Please provide youtube or vimeo links, or e-mail videos to mesa@artofthecowgirl.com
Video must be advertising quality and must show dog on cattle

Consignors will have access to Elite Ranch Horse Facebook Group. When posting please refrain from using phrases such as “he sells” or “available to purchase,” as Facebook will shut the group down.
SALE STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY CONSIGNMENTS IF THEY DO NOT MEET SALE STANDARDS
