ELITE HORSE SALE
FEES, RULES AND REGULATIONS
Consignment and Catalog fee: $200 (Due at time of consignment acceptance)
Commission: 8%
Commission will cover vet check costs (excluding radiographs), all cattle costs for preview, halters for new owners, advertising, etc. Commission is due on last bid regardless of no sales, no exceptions.

Open to all breeds between the age of five and twelve years old (as of January 1, 2021)

Must have current coggins and health to unload on site

Must pass a full vet check (vet check requirements can be seen below)

Horses must have current, passing radiographs. Radiographs must be taken within 6 months to sale day. X-rays must be e-mailed to mesa@artofthecowgirl.com no later than June 15th, 2021
Horses who require maintenance will not be rejected from the sale unless our onsite vet deems them unsound regardless of general maintenance. We ask that consigners are 100% transparent about any maintenance required prior to the sale

Coggins must be current within the past 6 months of sale date. No coggins tests will be done on sale grounds

Buy backs/no sales: Commission will be owed on last bid, no exceptions. Consignors will receive a buyers number upon check in and have the right to protect their horses.

PHOTO & VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
All potential consignors must submit a consignment form.
Consignors must submit a consignment form with minimum of one photo and video. No forms will be accepted without at least one video AND one photo.
Photo requirements:
Photo must be advertising worthy (iphone photos can be used but need to be good quality). Photos submitted with consignment for will be used for online advertising upon acceptance. You may provide updated photos for the sale catalog. Suggested photo guidelines below.
Video requirements:
Please provide youtube or vimeo links, or e-mail videos to mesa@artofthecowgirl.com
Videos must show horses at a walk, trot, lope, stop and backing. Video must also contain cattle work of any kind (roping, cutting, ranch work, etc)

Consignors will have access to Elite Ranch Horse Facebook Group. When posting please refrain from using phrases such as “he sells” or “available to purchase,” as Facebook will shut the group down.
